Barkenhoff evening song

Description: Heinrich Vogeler called the house "Barkenhoff" and turned it into an artist's home. The Art Nouveau villa became a meeting point for intellectuals and artists. Vogeler lived there with his wife Martha. The three daughters Mieke, Mieke, Helene and Mascha were born here. After separating from Martha, Vogeler founded the Barkenhoff community and work school in 1919. A metal and a wood workshop have been providing the residents work and bread, and the garden was used for self-sufficiency from then.

In 1923 the project "work school" got into financial difficulties, the Barkenhoff temporarily became a children's home and received financial support. In 1924 Vogeler sold the Red Aid building. The children's home had to be closed in 1932.

A lifetime in 60 seconds

Description: In our latest advertising work for Vitus Pharmacy in Norway we set out to document the development of the human skin through an entire lifetime. In just 60 seconds.

People come in all ages, shades and shapes. Vitus’ mission is to help everyone feel comfortable in their own skin and meet whatever changes they may face in the future. After all, we are all living proof that the only thing constant is indeed change. This project set out to document just that.

The result is a film with no less than 101 women from age zero to one hundred portrayed completely natural and without any retouching. Put together in a stop motion fashion the spectator is taken on a journey through generations and ultimately a time-lapse of an entire lifetime.
